How did I get here?!

I have been colouring in and drawing since I was a child. In fact, I think most of the females in my family have been crafters and enjoyed art in some way or another. Over the years I have swapped from this to that, but I've always had colour involved somewhere, be it painting, drawing, or even pyrography.

From a young age I have coloured in. I still have a treasured book upstairs that was not meant to be coloured in, but I did it anyway, and I still love that at such an early age, I was colouring (and staying in between the lines!).

Fast forward many years, and I have my own daughter who used to love to colour in. When I couldn't keep up with how many colouring books she could go through, I started creating pages for her, printing them off, and just kept them coming. She would colour them in, line them up around the living room for us all to go view her artist gallery. Sadly, she doesn't do this any more, so now I create pages for others instead.

I never realised that you could take up a job creating colouring pages! That loosened the cogwheels a little, and I started to look deeper into how to actually make the books myself.

It was then that I created my first colouring book! That was so exciting and so scary that I didn't even tell anyone! In fact, I'd made a fair few before I even let it slip to anyone what I was doing.

But the cat is well and truly out of the bag now, and I am loving it! I currently have over 20 books available, and this number is increasing! I'm still finding my way and still trying to work out my own style, so for now I am dipping my toes in different styles until I find where I feel most comfortable.

I will also be adding stationery items too. I have been making stickers for some time, so I thought I would add those to my lines. Plus, as I have been making my own notebooks, why not make them available for you too!

So join me on this journey as we colour in our lives, one page at a time! xXx
